Community Work vs Managerial Work

Would make a great gift, right?

While all my ex-classmates (literally each one of them), is either making millions or spending her husband's millions, I'm consumed in climbing the career ladder slowly, being dedicated, earning a below average salary (according to current  standards in the market), and working extra hours.

As jealous as I may sometimes get, I remind myself of the 24 carat blessing's rule, and how blessed I am and how much fun I tend to have in life.

Funny, how I earned the highest grades at school and was predicted a bright future as the CEO of company X. The universe sure does work in mysterious ways.
