He forwarded me a joke about wives being angelic yet demanding then said how happy he is for not being married.  I got annoyed for his persistence against matrimony because I know for a fact that there is a difference between just marrying anybody and marrying someone you love.  So I cursed him jokingly to remain a bachelor for life.  I was teasing of course but I did hurt deep down because life can be unfair at times regardless of all the blessings that it bestowed upon me.  The irony of life is....I don't want to write it and will stop my trail of thoughts and hope to God (whilst keeping my fingers crossed) that the future is truly kinder than the past. 

 

And I repeat to myself:  You never know what might happen tomorrow.  You just never know......  Little did my sister know that her friend would die of a pill overdose.  Shocking.

My fear of a sudden death is there, it isn't increasing but is becoming more visible and I seldomly find myself whispering prayers of forgiveness.  I do not like to expose my body much and wonder about the true reasons behind that: fear, religion, growing older or my suddenly slowly sagging body?
