Something has been transformed within me. Either that or its the effect of having gone on vacation for I have calmed down and I am not picking fights with my beau even though my time of the month is approaching.
So any updates on my relationship with my current beau?
Even though we didn't contact each other much during my Lebanon trip (purposely from my side and carelessly from his side), we have become closer and my beau has been more gentle with me.
He does love me very much indeed. How can I confirm it? Well there are so many hints here and there. For example:
- On my first day in Lebanon he called me simply because he wanted to hear my voice.
- When I came back from my trip, he was only able to get a good night's sleep. I think that even thought he will never admit to this, he must have worried that I may meet someone else during this trip.
- He joked about my dizziness and sickness asking if I were pregnant. So now its okay to discuss such sensitive matrimonial-related topics?
- He calls me all the time, every few hours just to see what and how I am doing.
- He is tender with me and shows his affections more openly.
All this and much much more.
So how are we doing on the acceptance of matrimony from his side? 4 up and 1 down.
1 Up: He easily disclosed his mama's name to me (that of the Virgin).
2 Up: He was so happy about his newest niece: Baby Maria (I have to cross out this name from our potential baby list names now)
3 Up: We discuss other married couples' lives and point out the flaws (such as women like Harriet A who travel without their spouses or babies).
4 Up: The Pregnancy joke
1 Down: He lied to Older Gentleman Friend about my half Lebanese origin and name since apparently we will never have to deal with each other in the future (so he still does not think of being hitched to me? (sobs))
I am living in a fantasy or is my far-etched dream slowly morphing into a reality? I do not know and once again, I simply wonder what the future holds.
And talking about Love, don't you just Love Banoota's dressing room?
Till we meet again,
Sedeso
