My mother has visited my therapist for the past month and has been to 3 sessions in total. Every time she becomes less reluctant to go but I somehow manage to push her. She does not believe in these therapy sessions like I do, however never ceases to visit those fortune-tellers.
I stopped going to fortune-tellers years ago because my Belief has gotten stronger albeit seldomly becoming shaky. The best thing about the future is that we do not know what may happen tomorrow. Therefore, it is good to remain positive and hope for the best.
But when she called me yesterday sobbing that her life is a complete misery I felt hopeless too for a moment and said: Nothing will remain the same forever so things are bound to change.
