I've noticed a trend. Their atmosphere is dirtier in private companies. The jealousy, the backstabbing, the conniving plans to take over others' jobs, ...etc. Some people wake up with promotions. Other people wake up having lost their jobs. Very very unstable, hence I prefer working for a public entity.
Why are all my thoughts about this workplace negative?
