Resumed frienship

The weirdest thing happened today. Actually, it's neither weird nor is it shocking at all. It's one of those things that you know could happen and you've probably read all about it in the tabloid or those 60pence publications filled with fabricated 'true' stories, but you'd never expect it to happen to you because you've got morals/issues/standards, call them what you want.

Well, I got back in touch with a girl I hated in the past but cared for no more. I decided to be the bigger, better person and answered her back on MSN, chatting and asking about her, forgetting all that was in the past. We swapped numbers and promised to meet up for a chino next week.

This relationship wasn't totally severed. I reclined from getting back or in touch in the past because she was quite notorious. But let's face it, who isn't notorious nowadays? And who hasn't suffered from the ill-fated rumors? See!! But the reason we can go back to being friends is that we didn't fall out over a guy. We fell out over silly things and I honestly cannot remember why I was so mad before. To be honest, I do remember some of it. And it makes no difference whether she has changed or not because I have and this is what matters. So, another demon from my past, and I've conquered that one too.

Hippocrates said: Life is short, art is long, occasion sudden, experiment dangerous, judgment difficult.

I say: Life is short and beautiful. Let's make the most of it and worry about tomorrow when it comes.
