Day 14 coincided with a Sunday, the first day of the week.
On a slightly bitter note, madre dearest won't be attending my graduation due to surgery. So this means, other than the crappy high school event, she hasn't attended any of my graduations. I always seem to graduate sans ma famille. But atleast my siblings will attend. And perhaps if I am lucky enough, my beau will be well enough and caring enough to attend. InshAllah!

I met up with Mahera Jaan and her beautiful beautiful baby boy. MashAlla, bless him. I didn't envy her at all but wished her well from all my heart and sent out a secret prayer to Allah to bless me too. It was great that she was settled with a good man and a beautiful baby. I am actually soooo happy for her. And happier that she broke free from that evil Zaky!!!
8 years back, I was heart-broken because Zaky chose tweedledum and tweedledee over my friendship. They all played nasty bullying games. I never said anything to her but ignored her and decided to find myself other more trustworthy friends. And life carried on. Occasionally I'd remember them, and get painful heart pangs but life went on.
The excitement level keeps escalating and I cannot wait till my graduation ceremony.
So on the 14th day, Happiness came to me as more freedom, a lovely dinner with an old friend, the realization that I have accomplished alot of things in my life, in having a stable beau and love in my life, and in finding out that life will always bring justice to those who have been mistreated and misjudged.
